Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
This right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers residing in the European Union.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these were delivered together; or
-
on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last item, if you ordered several goods as part of a single order and they were delivered separately.

Your withdrawal must be confirmed by us in writing. We will provide you with a return address.
Notes on the Validity of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers residing in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
For consumers from other countries, particularly the United States, different or limited rights may apply, as no statutory right of withdrawal exists. Nevertheless, we offer international customers a fair return option — see our return policy for details or contact us directly.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Items made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized (e.g. commissioned artworks).

Products that are sealed for hygiene or health protection reasons and are no longer returnable once unsealed.

Digital content not supplied on a physical medium, once the performance has begun with your express consent.
Please note: Limited edition art prints from drop collections are generally not personalized or made to order. Therefore, the normal right of withdrawal applies to these products.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back — whichever occurs first.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notified us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
