Cancellation policy

Art Mail Club (subscription)

• As an alternative to cancellation, there is the option to skip individual months (“Skip”) without terminating the subscription. Skipping a month must also be done by the 20th of the previous month at the latest.

• Cancellation or pausing can be done via the link provided in the order confirmation.

• Payments already made for ongoing or not timely cancelled deliveries cannot be refunded if production or shipping has already started.

• The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected. Since the Art Mail Club involves physical, limited-edition artworks that are individually produced, the right of withdrawal may, under certain circumstances, be excluded in accordance with § 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Details on this can be found in our cancellation policy.

Art prints

For our limited edition prints, cancellations cannot be accepted once an order has been placed, as production begins immediately after payment is received.
